Dr. Todd Nakata grew up in San Pedro, Ca where he graduated from San Pedro High School before attending Santa Clara University.  Following his graduation from SCU in 1988, he then graduated from UCLA Dental School in 1992 and returned to San Pedro to practice general dentistry for two years alongside his father.  He then attended Oregon Health Sciences University, where he earned his certificate in the specialty of endodontics in 1996.  Following his graduation from OHSU, he returned  to the South Bay area to practice endodontics full-time. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Harbor Dental Society, and the American Association of Endodontists. When he has free time, Dr. Nakata enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and going wine tasting.
